My cousin's micropenis

My obese older cousin, Phillip, was 51-years old when I took this 2018 photo of his micropenis. He is 5'9" and weighs 275 lbs. I measured his tiny dicklette at 1 1/2" flaccid and 2 1/2" erect. 2018.
