My Cousin Phillip's Micropenis. A penis so small it belongs in panties

Some penises are so small they really belong in panties. Case in point: my cousin Phillip's micropenis. It's 1.5" flaccid and 2.5" erect (that is, on the rare occasions when he can even manage a brief erection. lol). Won't Phillip feel ashamed, humiliated and, with his fear of people seeing this pic of him wearing a bra and panties and recognizing him once it is shared around, be very vulnerable for exploitation? I would hope so! After all, you don't have a meek submissive like Phillip reluctantly but subserviently consent to pose for humiliating photos if you're not going to use them to humiliate him. lol!
