Annual examination becomes SPH humiliation

This is one of those horror moments when you come to full body examination and the doctor makes you take all your clothes down, even the underwear... and when she sees what you have hidden all those years it becomes a moment of humiliation and sadness, on the positive side with all this going on at least you get a happy ending.
